“No Spring nor Summer beauty hath such grace
As I have seen in one Autumnal face.”
When planning an Autumn inspired wedding most people would assume that you’d have to use the traditional fall colours of dark reds, oranges and forest greens, but times have changed and those colours are in the past.
Whilst those colours separately can be lovely as wedding colour themes, together for an Autumn inspired wedding is just a bit too old fashioned.
Here’s some colour ideas for a more modern Autumn/Winter wedding.
Oxblood, burgundy or wine is a lovely colour for an Autumn wedding, try adding some taupe or warm browns in for a classic twist.
Dusky rose is a great choice for those who like pink but would prefer a warmer colour theme for the colder seasons. Prepare to see this fabulous colour a lot in 2013. Incorporate some golds and creams for added romance.
Plum is perfect for fall, it’s such a rich luxurious colour. Mix in some orange into your theme for some brightness and to reflect nature.
