2011 is set to be our biggest and busiest season yet, and with 2012 looking set to beat that already, we need to increase our dedicated team.

We currently have part time vacancies for the following positions:

• Banqueting staff (Waiting and Bar)
• Porters

Must be friendly, personable and have a desire to work within a reputable establishment

• Kitchen Porters

Must be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment

• Commis Chefs (2nd year)

We don’t do food service food.  We make everything from scratch, right down to the sauces, jus and “expensive” and “time consuming” dishes that other establishments prefer to serve from a box.
