At Middleton Park House our major selling and focus points of all functions and weddings hosted are the expertly prepared food and friendly service. Our Silver Room Restaurant will open in 2012 to residents and advance house bookings only. So you can rest assured that we are catering to your needs only.

We are probably the last venue in the midlands to employ trained chefs who use the freshest raw ingredients to prepare absolutely everything on our menus from scratch. No food service products ever enter our kitchens!

Some venues will try to attract you with cheap deals on banquet food. We’ll attract you with quality, hand made cuisine that will have you and your guests talking for years after.

Our world trained and traveled chefs take pride in their work and it shows in the preparation of the freshest local ingredients in all of our menus. And speaking of menus, we have hundreds of options to choose from, or if you have your own ideas, we can incorporate them into the menu for your day.

We have menus designed for every occasion, budget and theme. If we don’t have a dish or menu ready to go, we welcome feedback and collaboration with clients to ensure that you get the meal, and event that you’ve been dreaming of all along.

Our wine cellar has over 120 labels of new and old world wines to choose from for packages and functions alike, as well sparkling wines, prosecco and champagne. With our knowledgeable and friendly staff you don’t even have to be a buff to choose the correct wine to compliment your menu.

As for drinks, well they range anywhere from a fine aged malt whiskey to cocktails, champagne, a pint of the black stuff or a liquer coffee enjoyed in the drawing room with a newspaper by the open log fire.
